Hi,
I am Elia Enzo Levi, a retired Mechanical Engineer.

Upon retirement I started new activities and I opened up a new career. When you come near to that moment, happy for some, dreadful for others, I could probably tell you a few things to encourage you to look for a new independent occupation.

I am happy to be busy with so many things to do that I have no time to get bored. In short, with the help of a few generous advisers, I came to know quite closely the world of the Internet and to understand that there is in it place for everybody, to do what you enjoy, without any boss looking over your shoulder.

Among other things I started to look into the water supply problem, and I was amazed to learn about the industry of bottled water, an industry making a fortune around disinformation and misunderstandings.

When I stopped to think of it, I found that I also had become addicted to bottled water, without a thought on the quality of that product, often indistinguishable from regular tap water, but with an enormous cost to the environment due to the mass of plastic bottles to dump.

Therefore I started collecting information and data from official sites and other sources. I then decided to offer the results of my research to readers interested in clarifying to themselves the issues and the proposed solutions.

I will be glad to get comments and feedback in the Contact form hereafter, and I may be able to address readers to other sources I stumbled upon in case you have questions that I am unable to answer to.
